DAY 1 LIMA
Pick up upon arrival at Lima’s airport and transportation to the
hotel. Overnight (No meals)
DAY 2 FULL DAY PACHACAMAC RUINS & LIMA CITY TOUR
Breakfast, then you will be picked up from your hotel around 9.00am.
We will visit a place that is near Lima, there is an archaeological
enclosure whose constructions conserve the mysticism and religiosity
of their past. Its name: PACHACAMAC
Guided tour of the splendid and vast archaeological citadel of
Pachacamac, the temple of the deity, Pachacamac, believed to be the
creator of the universe and a divinity adored by old Andean
civilizations. A sacred and ceremonial site dating back to the
beginnings of Christianity where thousands of pilgrims converged to
pay tribute and consult the Pachacamac oracle, who they believed
could see the past, the future and people’s fate.
The site comprises pyramidal temples and enclosures built by
successive pre-Colombian civilizations and finally the Incas.
Highlights include the Temple of Pachacamac, the Sun God shrine, and
the Palace of the Chosen Women or Virgins of the Sun. At the site
museum there is an idol of the deity, Pachacamac, which couldn’t be
seen by the profane, and was reserved for the high priests who kept,
revered and interpreted the divine oracle in the old times. A sacred
site, the temple was considered to be part of the planet’s mystical
axis.
Then we return to Lima to take our buffet lunch to continue with the
Lima City tour. We will visit the colonial area and to the Plaza de
Armas where you will see the Government Palace, the Cathedral, the
Archbishop's Palace and the City Hall as well as the XVII century
church and cloister of San Francisco, a world cultural heritage.
Then we will go to the modern downtown with a view of the Pacific
Ocean and the modern residential suburb of San Isidro. Finally,
transfer to the hotel and then pick up at your hotel to take the bus
to huaraz that departs at 10.30pm. After 8 hours of bus riding we
pick you up at the Bus station (you will arrive at 6.00am) and
transfer to the hotel to take your breakfast. (B, L)
DAY 3 LLANGANUCO LAGOON AND CALLEJON DE HUAYLAS
After breakfast, we will cross the Northern part of the Valley of
the River Santa located between the Cordillera Blanca White and the
Cordillera Negra Black Mountain Ranges, where we will pass through
towns and cities like: Carhuaz, Mancos and Yungay. We will
appreciate most important snowy peaks of the Cordillera Blanca -
White Mountain Range like the Huascaran (6768 ms), Huandoy (6356 ms)
and Hualcan (6162 ms). From Yungay we will ascend to the Cordillera
Blanca - White Mountain Range to visit the Llanganuco Gorge,
protected by the National Park Huascaran, where we will appreciate
the beautiful lagoons: Chinacocha and Orcocha. Return to Huaraz (B)
DAY 4 FULL DAY TO CHAVIN DE HUANTAR
After breakfast, we will make the excursion to the Temple of Chavin
de Huantar at 3500 m.a.s.l., being this one of the oldest
civilizations of America, In this place we will be able to
appreciate the impressive Lanzon Monolithic, the Gallery of the
Labyrinths, the Choquechinchay Stone, the Stone Heads, the
Ceremonial Plazas, the Gate of the Falcons and the Queracocha.
During the route we will visit mining Towns, the Lagoon of
Queracocha. Also, the Tunnel of Cahuish, that crosses the Cordillera
Blanca - White Mountain Range, uniting the Callejón de Huaylas
Valley with the Callejón de Conchucos Valley. Return to the hotel.(B)
DAY 5 PASTORURI SNOWED AND PUYA RAYMONDI FULL DAY TOUR
After breakfast begins our adventure tourist circuit located 106
kilometers from Huaraz at an altitude of 5240 meters., is partly the
direction of the South and the sketch will know the formation of
lagoons, glaciers, exotic plants such as the Puya Raimondi, spring
water tiger eye .
We will board our bus to go to south side Huaraz pass through small
typical villages Recuay to 3400 meters, Ticapampa 3470 m, 3640 m
Catac and the small village of Pachacoto to 3700m., from this point
leave the road and continue along the east side surrounded by lots
of brush, begin to enjoy the beautiful scenery combined with the
blue sky and the dark green of the hills and the distance the snowy
peaks of the mountains combined with the landscape, the first
tourist will appreciate Patococha Lake, then arrive at the National
Park where we find water Pumapampa, a few miles from this point will
stop at a colorful little lake called Pumapashimin color-changing
solar radiation. At the same time we will be near the great
Bromeliadis called Puya Raimondi. The highest exponent of the high
Andean flora, a single inflorescence in the world for their height,
which can reach 12 feet, and his lifetime that borders 100 years,
continue up the road toward the glacier at 5000 m Pastoruri , to
finally arrive and see the Nevado Pastoruri 5240m., and all its
beauty, here you can see ice caves and ice candles which can be
accessed after a short walk or ride from the parking area for cars
and buses. .
Today is prohibited Pastoruri snowy ascent, we can only observe it
close and then return to Huaraz for overnight (B)
DAY 6 HUARAZ CITY TOUR AND MONTERREY HOT SPRINGS
After breakfast we begin the visit of the town of Huaraz that
includes the Main Square and the Regional Museum of Ancash (often
referred to as the biggest lithical museum of South America), the
church of Soledad and the traditional street José Olaya, Psicultura,
the lookout point of Pinar, the archeological ruins of Waullac or
Willcawain (optional) and Monterrey hot springs.
ARCHEOLOGICAL MUSEUM OF ANCASH
Considered the biggest lytic museum of South America, this museum
contains more than 700 lithical sculptures dating mainly from the
Recuay culture with some artifacts from other cultures, such as the
Chavin, Waras, Recuay, Moche, Wari, Chimú, Chancay, and Inca
cultures. Among the artifacts are: tools, mummies with cranial
deformations, textiles, all collected by the priest Augusto Soriano
Infante. Presently the museum is undergoing restoration work.
THE TEMPLE AND SANCTUARY OF SOLEDAD (SOLITUDE)
Is located in the highest part of the town, the neighborhood of
Soledad (Solitude). Within this temple are found the main images
used during the Holy week of Huaraz, such as: The lord if Ramos,
which whom the holy week is initiated; the Nazareno, an image that
recalls the three falls of Christ on the way to the cross, the
Christ, the lord of Resurrection, with which the ceremony is closed.
We find as well images of the Virgin in pain, Maria Magdalena and
Saint John.
TROUT FARM
Located in Huaraz, this fishery is one of the biggest in the
country, known for the production of trout (especially the rainbow
species) and salmon.
JOSÉ OLAYA STREET
Although not very well maintained, this street is one of the few
that survived the 1970 earthquake, and preserves its charm in the
narrow alleys and its balconies. Moreover, it is still used as the
entry of the villagers to the neighborhoods of Soledad and San
Francisco. This street used to divide the town of Huaraz in two
parts: Ichoc - waras (left side of Huaraz) and Allauca waras (right
side of Huaraz). On Sundays, on this street one can join local
families for traditional food of the region, such as chicha de jora,
tamales, pachamanca and other typical food.
MONTERREY
Not far from Huaraz (7 km) are the hot thermal pools at Monterrey,
with two swimming pools with hot water at a temperature of about
48ºC and with a high content of sulfur, chlorine and bicarbonate.
At the end return to Huaraz and afternoon free just in time to catch
your return bus to Lima (Bus fare included) that departs at 10.30pm
and arrives Lima at 6.00am next day. (B)

CLIMATE: The climate is very dry, in the morning usually the
sky is clean and the climate is warm. In the morning the temperature
is between 7º until 15º. In the shadow is cold. The Night is very
cold, between 5º until 0º. Exist two seasons very different: dry
epoch from April to September, accentuating between June and August
and epoch of rain from October and May, the maxim rains are between
January and April.

DAY 7 AREQUIPA PICK UP
Pick up at the bus station and transfer to the Lima’s airport to
catch your flight to Arequipa(Airfare not included) Upon arrival to
Arequipa Airport. Reception and transportation to the Hotel where
you will receive an aromatic coca tea to stimulating for the height,
will have the day to rest.

DAY 8 AREQUIPA CITY TOUR
Breakfast and morning free. You will be picked up in the afternoon.
The tour of the White City of Arequipa begins visiting: Plaza de
Armas, the Cathedral, the Cloister of the Church and Society, The
Temple and the Plaza of San Francisco, tour of the San Lorenzo
neighborhood, visit and tour of the Monasterio de Santa Catalina
which was closed to the public for centuries, restored and opened
smoothly today allows us to appreciate what was the city of Arequipa
in the seventeenth century, walking through its narrow streets,
squares and perfumed gardens and impressive addition to the tight
Cloisters by huge walls of Ashlar, Stone rustic washes, cells and
all that make up this small colonial citadel, then we moved to the
beautiful and green countryside of Yanahuara’s Pointview contemplate
as the Misti Volcano, Pichu Pichu and Chachani the terraces of
Paucarpata, The Mill Sabandia, Tingo and the Mirador de Sachaca. At

DAY 9 COLCA CANYON
08:00 am Leave Arequipa to a journey to the center of the Earth, our
end Colca Canyon, towards nor west direction behind snow-covered
Chachani, Yura, small valley with thermal springs, see wild vicuñas
in Pampa Cañahuas national reserve, Alpacas & llamas in Tocra, some
birds like flamingoes, ibis, andean gooze, ducks, Andean eagle "Kara
Kara" view point of the Volcanoes and snow covered mountains in
Patapampa (4,800 m.)(15,000ft.), See the Ampato, Sabancaya, Walca
Walca, etc.) Chivay Capital of the valley. Afternoon visit to the
thermal springs & pools in La Calera. (Admission to the pools not
included, about $5 per person). Overnight at selected accommodation.

DAY 10 COLCA CANYON - PUNO
Early morning after breakfast leave for a full day excursion. We
departure to Cruz del Condor where you can appreciate the flight of
the condors. Also the Geographical Impressive scene, created by the
Colca river can be admired. Approximately one hour after, the tour
will come back to Chivay, stopping in the typical villages of:
Pinchollo, Maca and Yanque.
Viewpoints of Chocotetico and Antahuilque where the stone and mock
ups Collaguas can be seen that people have used to test, parts of
the canyon which are suitable for cultivation. This is a good place
to appreciate the Andean valley of the Colca. Hanging pre-Inca
tombs.
Lunch in the village of Chivay and then bus transportation to go
Puno. Upon arrival assistance and transportation to the hotel.

DAY 11 UROS ISLAND AND AMANTANI ISLAND (OVERNIGHT)
Our trip to Lake Titicaca begins with the pickup from your hotel in
Puno to go to the port of Puno where we board the boat that took us
to the amazing floating islands of the Uros.
It is said that Uros have inhabited these islands for hundreds of
years, people of the Uros know how to remove the abundant existing
cane reed and put it together in large quantities and then putting
them together to form small islands and platforms so that these
ancient inhabitants despite the weather today remain living in
artificial islands of reeds, known as the Water Tribe, they have to
build their own islands regularly, adding new layers of "Totora."
Their homes and boats are made from this material.
During our visit we will visit native families, schoolhouses,
souvenir shops and can even ride in one of his little reed boats,
then we will go in our boat to the island of Amantani, located at an
altitude of 3.817 meters. Arriving at the island will taste typical
local lunch, then we will go to the famous pre-Inca temples
Pachamama and Pachatata , these temples are dedicated to the
fertility of the land and ceremonial rituals are offered there.
This island is inhabited by Quechua-speaking natives still ruled by
their ancient traditions, whose main business is the production of
ceramics and textiles. The positive energy of this island is so
powerful that it is known as the "Island of Love."
Here we have a magnificent panoramic view of the evening, after our
visit we will have accommodation at the family home, dinner and
overnight at Amantaní (Shared bathrooms, no hot water). (B,L,D)
DAY 12 AMANTANI AND TAQUILE ISLAND
After breakfast descend to the port of Amantaní to take our boat and
head to Taquile Island. This island is inhabited by Quechua-speaking
natives who have developed an efficient work in community and every
family to help each other, also implement the barter system, carried
through generations (known as the barter exchange of goods) but
their main economic activity is agriculture and are also expert
weavers and artisans, local residents themselves have been directly
involved in improving tourism in the island without losing their
ancestral customs, after our visit we will have the typical lunch of
fresh fish (Trout) in the afternoon we descend to the port for our
boat to take us back to Puno.Overnight (B,L)
DAY 13 PUNO - CUSCO
Early breakfast and transfer to the bus station so you can take the
ride to Cusco. Departs Puno on guided bus to Cusco, visiting on the
route picturesque towns and archeological sites such as
Andahuaylillas, Raqchi, Sicuani, La Raya and Pukara. Lunch included.
Afternoon arrival in Cusco, reception and transfer to your
accommodation. Overnight at the hotel.(B,L)

DAY 14 CUSCO CITY TOUR
Breakfast and will have the free morning to rest and also we suggest
you have a light lunch in either your hotel or in one of the
surrounded; in the evening we will depart on a City tour (entrance
to the archaeological centers and museums including) we will visit
the Main square, Cathedral, the Koricancha (temple of the sun) and
in addition we will make a route bordering archaeological centers
like Sacsayhuaman Fortress, Q'enko, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay,
tour finishes 6:30pm approximately at the main square in order you
can take dinner in one of the exquisite restaurants in the area,
then overnight. (B)

DAY 15 FULL DAY MACHUPICCHU TOUR
Early breakfast and pickup to go the train station to depart to
Machu Picchu, the trip takes about 4 hours. During the trip we will
have an amazing view of the landscapes of the Sacred Valley of
Urubamba and the Amazon rainforest providing you a small hint of how
much Peru has to offer. Upon arrival to the little town of Aguas
Calientes you will have to approach the bus station towards the
“Ciudadela of Machu Picchu” (Only 20 minutes ride) to receive a
professional guided tour by this Huge Historical Sanctuary follow by
some free time to explore the zone on your own and then take your
buffet lunch at the Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge restaurant
(included), an according time, we will go down to the Aguas
Calientes town to return to Cusco City. Reception at the train
station and transfer to your accommodation (B,L).
DAY 16 FULL DAY SACRED VALLEY TOUR
Breakfast. You will be picked up at 8:15 am. Full day excursion to
the Urubamba Valley visiting: the colorful Indian market in Pisac
where a mixture of color and tradition will be able appreciated
besides will have a good opportunity to try our bargain skills on
the free time to interact with the local craftsmen to purchase their
hand-made souvenirs. The Valley has a distance of 31 km (19 miles)
of Cusco, and an altitude of 2,970 ms (9,700 p), Pisac is located to
the entrance of the Sacred Valley and followed by Ollantaytambo, the
older town continuously occupied of the American continent. The
narrow streets of Ollantaytambo, along with their channels that have
not varied from the time Inca, evoke their ancestral inheritance,
lunch in a typical restaurant and then the last visit will be to
Chinchero market.
Chinchero is believed to be the mythical birthplace of the rainbow.
Its major claim to tourism is its colorful Sunday market which is
much less tourist-orientated than the market at Pisac. At the end,
return to Cusco main square at 6:30pm approx.
The night is free for you to eat in a restaurant of your choice;
although we always have plenty of suggestions for you should you
