Hi Patrizia,
We just returned last night from our trip and I thought you
might like some feedback (most of it positive).
I
won’t go into too much detail – just major things.
Argentina
The organization was excellent. The contact, Veronica, was
fantastic and gave us superlative service.
All transfers we punctual and buses in great condition.
The Ayres de Libertad Hotel was the best hotel we stayed in – I
recommend it
The only funny thing was that we were booked into a hotel in the
Brazillian side of Iguasu –which meant we had to cross borders
numerous times.
It was also a long way from anything (and not really that good)
I
suspect we would have been better off staying on the Argentinian
side of the border and then only having to visit Brazil once.
The first days tour also included a considerable amount of time
allocated to going to a duty free shop. Of no interest to us so
we left the tour to visit a bird park which should be included
on the tour.
Lima
Pick up etc good.
Hotel (Carmel) pretty ordinary and very noisy
Tours were good – guides excellent
Arequipa
Pick up good – English not strong by the contact
Hotel good
Tours good
Cassa Andina at Chivay was excellent as was the tour to Colca
Canyon
Puno
Hotel OK
I
was ill and did not go on the Uros & Taquile island tour.
My daughters thought Uros was good but Taquile a long boat ride
for not much.
Andean Train trip was fabulous – highly recommended
Cusco
Your person in Cusco (Erika) did not make contact with us until
I chased her. Given we were there for a length of time I
expected then to follow up with us
.My daughters were hospitalised with food poisoning and we
changed hotels for their recovery. The Residencia del Sol was
cold and dark. I am sure there are better options.
The city tour was a waste of time. We had not been given tickets
by Erika and the group was too large. We would have been far
better off catching taxis.
We spent a lot of time waiting and standing around. Being in a
mixed groups most of the time Spanish was spoken.
Overall though we had a great time.
Thanks

Angie
I
wanted to take a moment to thank you for your help and to
congratulate you on the superb job your company did in arranging
my travel from Lima to Cusco/Machu Picchu and back. The guides
were all excellent, the service was perfect and on time and very
comfortable. Erica was efficient and very positive and helpful
and it seemed that every question I had was answered just before
I could ask! The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the
staff was most helpful. On a scale of 1 - 10 I have to give your
company and operations a 10. If only I had known about your
company sooner, I could have used you for my Lima excursion. I
won’t mention the name of the company there, but it was not
nearly as good as the service I had in Cusco.
I
look forward to using your services again on my next visit, and
because of the service and help your company gave, I am certain
it will be soon.
Best regards,
Bill Straw
